I can't uninstall a program

run windows xp and I was recently attempting to install the video game Neverwinter Nights 2. During installation, my computer shut off through a seperate issue that has since been fixed. Now the game is not installed properly and any attempts to uninstall give me a long error message followed by error code -5001. Since then the folder in program files has been deleted. Is there any way to uninstall this useless program from my computer? The fact that it is still there prevents me from trying to reinstall the game too.
